Job Purpose
As a Store Keeper, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing inventory to ensure efficient operations within the organization. Your role includes accurately recording stock levels, storing items in designated areas for easy access, and overseeing the timely distribution of goods to various departments or customers. You will conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and prevent shortages or discrepancies. Collaborating closely with procurement and logistics teams, you will facilitate seamless supply chain operations by monitoring stock movements and coordinating replenishments as needed. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in optimizing inventory management processes and supporting overall operational efficiency
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements.
- Arrange and store products in designated areas for easy retrieval and efficient space utilization.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of orders and distribution of goods to meet operational needs.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to verify stock accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to manage stock replenishments and optimize supply chain operations.
- Keep detailed records of inventory transactions, including receipts, distributions, and adjustments.
- Adhere to safety and regulatory standards in handling and storing inventory items.
Key Skills
- Ms Excel proficiency for tracking

- Capable of lifting heavier items
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or equivalent in Procurement , business management
- 2+ years in inventory or storekeeping
